Beringia after the Ice Age / La Béringie après l'ère de glace

Beringia, the area connecting Asia to North America, was an important pathway for humans to colonize the Americas. Our recently published paper in Royal Society Open Science (http://dx.doi.org/10.1098/rsos.180145) explores what the environment was like in the region following the Last Glacial Maximum (about 18 000 years ago) and how these conditions could have influenced eastward human migration.
